Turn/River Capital - Insights on this Firm?

They fly under the radar but the GPs are pretty talented operators. Raising a new fund, last one or two have performed top quartile. Analyst role will likely be pure sourcing just a heads up. They do deals between the US and EU, with a fairly niche focus on the types of companies they're looking for. Would reccomend going through a handful of their portfolio companies in as much depth as you can just to get an idea of what they look for and how you'd pitch the fund to founders.

I had quite a few rounds of interviews with them earlier this year. Ultimately did not make the cut. They seem very laid back, at least attire wise.
