Ultimate goal to end up at Consumer Retail PE
Hi,
I am a junior at a target who is going to work at a BB in the summer, but I know my end goal is somewhere like TSG Consumer, L Catterton etc. What are some paths to these types of jobs? Is there a way to get to firms like these immediately? Do they offer internships?
