Strong brand in Europe and do a lot of deals

But since you asked about culture: Would suggest anyone who is close to an offer to talk to some of the people who left in the last years and hear what they have to say (if they are willing to speak might be under NDA, also they do seem to only give 24h to accept offers nowadays though - maybe there is a connection?). Historically said to be pay below market vs other large caps but compensated with good culture. Improved comp since then.
Culture was said to be great until some of the old  leadership phased out in 2020/21. Some teams still have good culture (e.g., TMT) across many others teams/geos culture has become very bad with people leaving as a result.

Seems to be some shady stuff to be going on, like conduct consistent with what is publicly reported - e.g., with the Italian prosecutor investigating them for accounting fraud.
