URGENT PRESENTATION ADVICE

Hi everyone,

I have been asked to create a quick presentation on a company for acquisition by a PE fund. I was just wondering on any tips to make the presentation really stand out?

Thank you in advance!

As said above, apart from ensuring the numbers are correct, the consistency and formatting is a lot more important than most people realise.

The logic being if your consistency is lacking and formatting is all over the place, how are they meant to trust your numbers?

I'd recommend printing out the presentation and going over it with a red pen and marking out all the minor details you need to fix before submitting it.

I would say that it should be well thought-out and logically structured, so that the reader can easily follow your train of thought. Good luck!

And then I would add that you can follow the standard outline for a PE investment or look up any broker company initiation report and steal like an artist!
