Vista Equity Full Time Process

Looks like the 2024 FT analyst applications for vista equity is open and I was just wondering if anybody went through this (and possibly successful) would be able to shed some light on what kinda prep is needed for the rounds after the ccat.

Technical heavy? Behavioral heavy? Would really appreciate some insight, thanks.

Bump.

Can any current/incoming analysts please shed light on the total comp package? 95k base but is bonus a guaranteed set amount?

Pretty low base - but total comp of 200k seems in line with MFs. Any idea if the 90k bonus is standard, or bucketed across analysts like banking?

From multiple threads quoting the 90k bonus, I'm guessing (again, don't take my word for it, there are plenty of other threads on WSO discussing vista comp at analyst and associate level so check it out yourself) it's standard and not bucketed.

Bump - would be helpful if someone at/previously at the firm could shed some light on analyst/associate bonus #s and if they're standardized or bucketed
