Waud Capital - Culture and Comps

There was an old post highly speaking of Waud but I would like to get some perspectives please on their investment strategies and total compensation in Chicago.

Correct me if I am wrong but Healthcare is their primary focus but I do see they do invest in tech and software companies as well. How strong is their tech group?

Thank you!
