Career Resources
Went through off-cycle process with them for associate program, but ultimately went with another fund.
Comp per initial HH email: 125k base, 100% bonus, with some carry
Culture: seems solid. People seem to enjoy their jobs and speak highly about the founder (ex. Blackstone/AirBnB).
Work: pitched a focus on deal work, with obviously some sourcing given the nature of the stage at which they invest. They seem to invest in alot of cool companies, don't shy away from consumer investments / high-growth/potential, but do DD work and don't blindly put money behind things they don't understand.

Hey did you get an offer here? What was their interview process like ?
Worked with them on the sellside. I'm not a growth equity guy, but I got the sense that they were putting a lot of primary capital to work and heavily involved in the business as opposed to just doing growthy LBOs.
Everyone I worked with was pretty impressive and you could tell they "got it" and understood their jobs/portfolio companies intuitively.
