WFH predictions in alternative investments?

How long do people think we will be continuing to work from home? Obviously being on the buyside is very different than at a large bank with much less red tape when it comes to policies and procedures, but curious if other firms created a timetable? My firm is thinking June, but my guess is it will be fall / winter 2021 before we go back and even then I don’t think it will be mandatory.
