What do you bring to an onsite interview? The interview is 90 minutes and include meeting with three people of the team (including the head).

a pen and a notebook
depends the level - i have brought a pen, notebook, i have brought my laptop sometimes its easy to pull things up, I have brought memos + models that i have worked on / my origination strategy / deal sources
Curious, but are memos / models ever asked for at the mid/ senior level?
I'd assume all those are proprietary so a firm even asking to see it would be a red flag even if "off the record" no?
Just hit VP earlier this year so all my interviews in the past have been relatively straightforward (case study, behavioral, technical, etc.) but interested to know if any different.
they were never explicitly asked for, but its nice to talk through a real deal with a partner and show the memo you presented as a deal QB, in my past 2 interview processes i been under NDA with the firm anyway
