what is management ebitda? same as reported ebitda?
what does "management ebitda" mean? have seen that come up a few times. is that just the same as reported ebitda? and not adjusted ebitda?

Usually comes up in the context of a QoE, and reflects EBITDA as reported in the company's internal financial statements (or pulled together by the sellside banker if they don't even track EBITDA). Typically will be adjusted but usually not as "blessed" as the fully adjusted QoE (e.g., improperly reflects accruals).
