pretty shit overall, would avoid
Interviewed with them a couple of years ago. Position was fully remote and they were looking for people on the east coast US (think they have a partner in florida?). It was a really weird interview, the questions were all closer to "why do you care about the environment" than finance topics... Would say you likely need to be very passionate about the environment and water if you want to work there long term.
