I think the first point is great, I’m confused on the second though?
"Graduating with honors" looks a bit fake because you haven't graduated yet. It risks undermining the resume

Then say it's an honors program. "Graduating" is something you cannot claim on the resume, maybe "Expecting to graduate" might work but it can still look weird because honors are usually only given After people graduate. Suggesting that you'll keep up with grades for an honors is a bit odd
