1st time interviewing for a real estate investment bank interview, NEED help
I have a phone interview this week with Barclays' real estate group for a full-time analyst position. I was wondering if people could give me examples on what I would expect in terms of fit or tech. I would prefer more examples and help with tech. I have never interned for an i-bank and had a summer real estate PE internship with a small Philly firm. Thanks for the help, just a little confused on what to study and would really like to be directed.
just be able to discuss your summer experience and make sure when discussing your experience you relate it to how you can add value as an analyst at barcap RE IB
have a good answer as to why real estate banking instead of REPE
u'll get the standard tech/fit - dcf, 3 financial statements, tell me abt urself, why barcap, etc.
