2 Hour Case - Likely Multifamily Any Tips Based on 1st Round
Hey guys can I expect a 2 hour case just building out a proforma, debt, down to levered cash flows and outputs are IRR, EM, maybe DY, DSCR and recommendation why/why not?
The first interview had tech questions like if you had $100mm deal what is cap rate, DY, DSCR, LTV, is the debt accretive why/why not so not sure what else they would cover on the case. The same but in Excel to test my skills?
