Hope everyone's fine. I'm a sophomore at IU Kelley and I'm going to be applying to BAML, UBS, Jefferies at their Real Estate Capital Advisory/ Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging groups and I was wondering if there is any specific technical material I should know really well. The classic investment banking guys have the 400Q and other standard material but I was wondering if RE analysts have different technical interview guides. I'm looking for literally any resource and any direction for my preparation. Look forward to hearing your responses.
