2025 Analyst Recruiting
I am a rising senior considering recruiting for 2025 analyst positions. I did an internship on a repe team LP investor side and loved it, but it made me realize I don't think I am cut out for acquisitions analyst positions or being on the GP side of things. Is it realistic to be able to get a job on LP side right out of undergrad? Also, when does recruiting typically start/is it too late?

Why don't you think your cut out for GP or acquisitions analyst positions?
I’m an econ major and enjoy research side of things. i don’t have strong financial modeling skills and from my experience lp side at the analyst level was more market research focused and writing reports rather than modeling which I really liked
