Is this for a job in Abu Dhabi? I know they generally want/require people to move there. I've known a few people who have worked for ADIA, very sophisticated operation. They target high profile people in the US and Europe, great pay, but have to live there (which can be a deal breaker for many).
I can't give much advice on the interview, other than I would I would expect it to be every bit as rigorous as a US based top tier RE investment manager/REPE type firm.
That's right, this role would be based out of Abu Dhabi (all roles with them are).
Any idea on what a modeling test would look like? I am assuming that it would be cash flow modeling + waterfall from scratch with just assumptions provided.
