Acquisition Templates
Hi all -
I am sure this question has been asked several times before - do any forum members have any clean institutional-level Acquisition excel templates they would be willing to share? I'd be happy to purchase for a reasonable price as necessary.
I left an institution for a new shop and would rather not spend not spend the time or brain damage building new templates from scratch.
Specifically, I am looking for 3 acquisition templates:
1) Existing building (Industrial/Office/Retail) - Argus based.
2) Development (this should incorporate an excel based development budget for the development period, overlayed with an Argus based cash flow paste for the stabilized/operating period).
3) Multifamily - excel based.
All templates should include monthly cash flows, monthly timing assumptions for each line item, fully built out debt assumptions (i.e. development model would include both construction loan + perm loan), fully built out JV/waterfall assumptions.
