Advice on sharing business leads as a junior employee
What is the best way to bring up the fact I have potential business leads to my boss, e.g. off market deals, capital relationships. My comp isn’t incentivized that way, but I don’t see a downside to making intros. Just curious if I am being naive/ any advice.
