Any input on acquisition analyst at aew? Seen that comp seems to be below market, other than that- wl balance, culture, exit ops?

Culture pretty toxic
I have heard below market comp and moderate wlb. In 2019 i believe I was quoted $60-65k base and roughly 45-55 hours/week from the Boston office.

Good shop, they changed the pay structure referenced above. Probably a little bit below market but huge improvement from before
