Has anyone found any AI tools that have helped them build out CRE Excel spreadsheets faster, easier, and more accurately?
I've played around with a few add-ins but they're pretty cumbersome and take about the same time to develop a formula as just inputting it yourself.
I am happy to dig into any add-ins or websites that people have had success with.

No I find the excel forumlas chat gpt writes are total trash. I use AI for construction related line items in case I miss something in my development models.
Can you elaborate on this how you use it?
I also deal with a lot of development / construction draw schedules.
Anybody here on the debt originations side use AI for sourcing and to identify opportunities? would love to discuss.
