Alternative Lending - Lending to Undebanked Demos
Does anyone know of any groups that are flexible non-bank lenders (funds or FOs) willing to lend to underbanked demographics ie hispanics on land, mobile homes? I am putting together a business plan and would like to learn some more about the space. Thanks!
