Any good online course for ppl wanna change their career to RE?
Hi all,
I studied Architecture in University and have 3 years working experience as an architectural assistant in Design Firm.
Yet I want to change my career to RE. Certainly it is hard for me to enter the industry as I have zero knowledge, not mention to receive a master degree offer. So I'm gonna to take a short term online course to study RE industry more.
Currently considering
1. 6 weeks MIT Real Estate Finance and Development
2. 8 weeks LES Real Estate Economics and Finance
3. 6 weeks Oxford Future of Real Estate
Anyone could give suggestions or reviews?
