Don't know anything about corporate culture, but the office is next to Torrey Pines.

For exit ops, San Diego is a pretty nice place, but not too large of a Metro Area. For exit ops you'd probably be looking at like a different REIT or REPE if you stayed in the area. They are a STNL Retail REIT, so you could get pigeonholed a little bit.

Half days on Friday. Good stock option packages for employees. When I interviewed there everyone had their office doors shut and I did not hear a single interaction take place. Almost like going to work in a library. Maybe the floor with the acqu guys is more lively but AM floor was creepy silent.

There are a couple family offices and other retail focused shops in SD that have a good national footprint.
