Any thought on Arbor Commercial Mortgage?

Hi,

I currently work at top commercial brokerage firm in prime market in their sales division. (NYC, SF, DC etc..) Is it worth making the move to lending company like Arbor? The review for this company on Glassdoor is pretty horrifying, so I'm very curious to know if there is anyone who could shed some light on this... Also, what are the exit opportunities for lending analyst?

Let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

I wouldn't put much stock into reviews on Glassdoor. Most sites like that attract only the worst of the worst. You won't find too many happy people that spend their time going to sites like Glassdoor and leaving comments. Best way to know is to get some time with someone in your network that is there or was there and talk to them about it.
