Hey cmartin9, I'm the WSO Monkey Bot and I'm here since nobody responded to your thread! Bummer...could just be time of day or unlucky (or the question/topci is too vague or too specific). Maybe one of these topics will help:
No promises, but maybe one of our professional members will share their wisdom: @romulus10" Iamyourfather JimboUSC
I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.

I know that most large companies will offer $5-6K/year towards Masters/MBAs. Other companies like Bloomberg, Prudential, etc I’ve heard they offer $12K/year. I don’t think any companies offer full tuition reimbursement unless you’re an executive level employee.
My company offers to foot the entire bill for your MBA or other applicable graduate level degree if you pursue your degree while still working for the company. You need to have worked here for at least 18 months and you have to agree to work here for 2 years after you complete your degree. If you leave prior to the 2 year time period you are required to pay the company back for a large portion of the cost.
This is a pretty rare arrangement and like another member commented, there is usually a $10k - $12k cap per year at most firms.
I thought you meant companies chipping in for employees to attend the Masters! That's the secret I want to know.
You just need the right clients. I know of one company that invited several of their lenders to the Masters a couple of years ago.
My group gets an invite to the US Open every year by one of our law firms. And my company sponsors 4 football games a year that we take clients to.
My company is helping me out after the fact, giving me a "student loan" bonus on top of my actual bonus.
at what interest rate is your "student loan"?
My company also agrees to pay the entire cost of tuition if you do part-time and work there for a few years after as well.
Must be working at the company for a few years prior to attending though.
bump as well. specific companies would be sweet. for me, that would be a big determining factor in overall comp if they offered it.
if you want to remain anonymous, i understand. maybe a PM? although I'm sure everyone else wants to know as well.
I work for a MM Regional bank and they pay $6k/yr as mentioned above. Need to be there for a year before and after. It's reimbursement, so you get paid back after you complete pending a particular GPA, etc. Used to work for a F100 and they paid $12k/Yr, which was nice. At the end of the day its very little compared to cost of the programs, especially if you want an MBA and you have to consider the fact you typically need to keep working full time to get the benefits. Very rare to get full tuition, pretty awesome some of the above companies do that. I thought that was mostly a thing of the past until I came across this thread tbh
