hey, I know this is too direct but I’m a senior about to graduate in the fall and I’m really looking to break into the industry, I’ve been doing a lot of financial modeling and excel self training, would love it if you could mentor me too
curious what you are using for self training? I’m considering the A.CRE accelerator but looking at what my free options are before I drop $1k.
Undergrad student here with a number of solid internships in REPE and landed them without connections in the industry. PM me and I’m happy to mentor as well!

I’m not the OP but also looking for some advice on breaking into the industry. I’m currently 5 years removed from undergrad and looking at breaking into the CRE industry. I’d love to chat for a few minutes if you’re willing. I’ve spoken to several others in the industry but would appreciate any advice you could offer.

I don’t think I could be a mentor, but I have the same career aspirations and would love to talk with you. A lot of people at my school aren’t interested so it’d be cool to talk with a like minded person
