I have talked to someone there. They do some sexy deals and I'm sure they pay well, judging from their bios and the fact that they're in NY.

GTIS is a very solid REPE shop. I am pretty sure their latest fund is solely residential and I am unsure how much other product they have invested in. We came close to structuring a high end residential deal with them, but ultimately went another route. I know they are active and have very intelligent people working there. Just food for thought.
