Are You Lowering Proj IRRs on New Acquisitions / Developments Yet?
Seeing cap rates across the board go up 25-50 bps, except for super infill trophy assets, so curious to see if your firms are underwriting bigger expansions and/or lower IRRs on pipeline deals
