Does anyone use Argus for asset management? I have always used AE for acquisition, but am trying to get full utility from the software. Would love to hear how your shop utilizes it.

An asset manager I know uses Argus for portfolio level management and sensitivity analysis.
Interesting. I want to use the actuals function in Argus, I just don't see the benefit over managing from Yardi, our internal accounting software.
at my company, asset managers don't use Argus but portfolio managers (or rather portfolio analysts) do for quarterly internal valuation
