I provide highly affordable Argus training geared to getting you to the point where you can create your own cash flow as quickly as possible. I'm an industry practitioner in institutional office RE investments (at a Sponsor & historically at a PERE LP), so the training will be practical. Training is on Argus Enterprise (AE).
5 hours of training videos for $100 (an additional $50 will get you an additional 5 hours of material, and if you still need more than that just let me know and I'll make some bespoke videos for you), one-on-one will be $50/hr. For one-on-one I'll provide the software and we'll tackle via screenshare (which you can control if you'd like).

Does anyone know how to get Argus certified/trained and not drop over $1K? Graduated a couple years ago so through school isn't an option. Working at balance sheet lender that doesn't use it and looking to add to resume as I pivot to REPE.
I'm assuming "under" $1k? Not sure it's possible. Have you looked into Anderson extension? Not sure if they do cert... but believe they may not require you be a student (i.e. non-matriculated)... may only be training though
