Argus consolidated cash flows

Is it possible to consolidate cash flows in Argus? We usually export each cash flow, but for this budgeting exercise I have to do, it would make my world a lot easier if I could consolidate them in Argus and export one cash flow. Anyone know how that’s possible? If it is…

There's a portfolio cash flow export but it's dogshit. I'd recommend just exporting them separately and having excel formula(s) combine what you need.

Don't you just create a portfolio in Argus and add all the properties to it, then run portfolio cash flows? I remember when they rolled Argus Enterprise out this was like half the reason they gave for doing it even though the prior Argus was much quicker and easier to use

Under the same impression. Create scenario, add all properties into there, highlight the properties you want, press reports tab on the bottom, and then cash flow at top left. Can export it out from there and should provide you with a consolidated cash flow.
