Argus Multifamily - model units

So I’m modeling a multi deal is Argus (which we don’t typically do in AE), but for a variety of reasons, we decided to do it.

Anyway, I was curious what the best way to incorporate model units would be. I don’t want to manually do it in excel, and don’t want to hardcode it since we have varying growth rates and want it to be dynamic.

I used % of Multifamily rent in the revenue section and made the % = (negative) # model units / # total units.

But is there a tool for Model & staff units??
