Argus - Prop 13 A vs B
Anyone have a quick answer to this? When I manually calculated taxes to my purchase price the tax amount was off. Not sure why this is happening in argus.

Same purchase price and mileage?
Is your Purchase Price same as your NPV?
Change your discount rate to whatever your unlevered IRR is to ensure you are calculating off the same number. You may have a different Initial Investment or Purchase Price, compared to your NPV of your model.
Subsequently, the Argus might be calculating taxes off one of this figures, and you may be using the other figure.
