Associate/Manager Level Excel Test
Hi all,
I currently work in CRE at a credit rating agency, but have an interview for a Sr. Associate/Manager level role with a REIT. The role is on the financial analysis team, not asset management, or investment, so I wouldn't be evaluating future acquisitions. The interviewer stated that at my final interview I will have an excel test because 'everyone says that they can do a v-lookup, until they are actually asked to do so.' My question is, what should I expect? I consider myself to be an intermediate to advanced excel user, but just want to be on my toes. Since this is in the financial analysis department, I'm not sure what functions they could be testing me on or what test to expect.. What functions do you all think I should have down to a T?
Index(match) vlookup Hlookup nest if, thens
in general know how to organize data efficiently so it may be synthesized.
I can't imagine it'd be too difficult.
How big is the REIT?
