Hey monkeys. Are any of you aware of any debt funds or mortgage brokers in Austin? I am at a small repe shop but am looking to make a switch to the debt side. Thanks.

Very few debt funds, I am aware of Pennybacker. A few really good debt brokerage groups, JLL comes to mind. Happy hunting.
Trinity Real Estate Finance is in Austin as well as JLL/CBRE.
Tons of mortgage brokers CB and JLL/HFF are the "best" in town, but I can't think of any decent debt funds.
