BB CRE to REPE
Currently a CRE intern at a large BB bank in NYC. What would my most likely path to REPE look like? Currently placed in one of the larger more notable GSE Lending groups.
What do you mean one of the notable GSE groups? Like your lead producer is a known player in the industry?
The group itself falls under the CRE umbrella, however it specializes in DUS lending.
