BB IBD vs REPE boutique

Hey WSO! Lucky enough to get an offer for a global Real estate PE firm boutique (c.20 people in London), and a top BB IBD offer (think GS, JPM, MS) in Asia, unassigned team now. Similar comps.

Question: Which role would give me more junior/ deal exposure, better career trajectory, future comps and exit opps? The REPE firm mainly focuses on long term core-plus investments and don't have much deal turnover by choice, not much graduate training due to size. However, spoke to the guys and they are friendly and chill, decent hours and travelling opportunity. The BB IBD would be high pressured, plenty of grunt work, but potentially more diverse exits. In essence, how did you guys decided to go into REPE vs IBD?

Would also be interested in the RE PE scene in Asia vs Europe.

Background: UK target school doing a masters in Real estate, wanted to do IBD cos peer pressure but decided to broaden my options and decided to explore RE recently. Not hundred percent certain with RE yet.
