Best strategy to land grad offer - London

Hi all,

Context:
Currently have the option to graduate with a Bachelors either in Nov 2025 or May 2026.
Have some professional experience incl. unconverted spring week, a summer internship in RE and a upcoming Real Estate summer internship at a PERE top 50 firm. Would ideally like to convert the summer but as applications are already opening for summers/OC/grad roles I thought I should be preparing a back-up plan.

What would you suggest in order to have the best shot of finally landing a grad role.
I think it's too late to apply for Masters, and I don't want to do any more studying anyways.
I'd ideally like to go into REPE but open to other roles in finance specifically IB/PE/Infra.

Many thanks in advance!
