Hi WSO,
I'm a local home builder looking for the best way to make directional bets on home prices in the USA. I follow the Peter Shiller Home price Index but I can't find any ETF or index that tracks it. I'm aware of spread-betting in the UK but haven't found an equivalent for the US.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is that approach too indirect for what you're looking to do?
