Best way to make money

This is going to sound cynical! I donut really care what I am doing in real estate only how much I am paid. I am already working 75+ hours a week for 75k with my entry level job. I am totally fine with these hours to be honest. If I am strictly looking for compensation - should I look to transition to RE IB? Try to get to PE? Anyone have a good understanding or tips / companies where they are considered the top for compensation?

OnlyFans.

But seriously, if you don’t like real estate then leave the industry. You’ll make the most money in the long run doing something you actually like and are good at.

Broker off market deals. Cold call owners, connect them with sponsors who have capital and are hungry for deals (but most importantly, have capital to close), and get paid a fee at closing. I work at a family office focused on a niche space and we’ve paid up to $500k on tiny, tiny deals (think $2m to $2.5m). Deal still pencils.. so we don’t care about the high commission fees.

It’s not for everyone but if you’re persistent, have decent people skills, and excel at following up, you’ll find success.
