Blackstone RE Finance Rotational Analyst Program

Hey guys,

Does anyone know anything about Blackstone's 2022 Real Estate Finance Rotational Analyst Program? (Can't paste a link here)

I have an interview with them next week and am still trying to fully understand if this is a front office or middle office role.

Also wondering if this can be an opportunity to get in and then figure out my way to the acquisitions side. Currently working in IB at a BB

Thanks for the help!

I actually saw that a while back. I interviewed with the debt team. It kind of sounds like FP&A for real estate. I mean the description says:

  • Real Estate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • BREP (Blackstone Real Estate Partners) Valuations
  • BPP (Blackstone Property Partners) Valuations
  • BREDS (Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies) FP&A
  • BREDS Valuations
  • BREDS Operations
  • BREIT (Blackstone Real Estate Investment Trust) FP&A
  • BREIT Accounting
  • BXMT (Blackstone Mortgage Trust) FP&A

I'd have to think this is middle to back.
