Does anyone know anything about Blackstone's 2022 Real Estate Finance Rotational Analyst Program? (Can't paste a link here)
I have an interview with them next week and am still trying to fully understand if this is a front office or middle office role.
Also wondering if this can be an opportunity to get in and then figure out my way to the acquisitions side. Currently working in IB at a BB.

I actually saw that a while back. I interviewed with the debt team. It kind of sounds like FP&A for real estate. I mean the description says:
I'd have to think this is middle to back.

Any color on the actual rotations? Is it asset management, development, and acquisition rotations?
