Worked with them before. I like them, seem smart and good people to talk with. All I got for ya
worked for them for around a year and a half - overall good experience plus decent Comp/WLB, but I can't speak towards higher positions comp as I only worked there out of college. A few of my buddies are still there.
Lots of extremely smart people work there, I myself am more of a "grinder" and I felt outclassed intellectually

Yeah, their owners also own PeakMade Real Estate (formerly Peak), one of the largest (the largest?) student housing operators in the country.
