Books on Infrastructure Finance.

Hi, First of all, an apology if this is not the right sub-forum. I was wondering if anyone know any books on infrastructure finance, I'm looking mostly on two types:

1.-Theory heavy - Similar to Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investments 2. Theory mixed with practical part - Similar to Peter Linneman's Book

Any input would be greatly appreciated, as I searched the forum and found a description of Finance Infrastructure, but not really any information on it.

I found the list below on another website. I liked the idea of Modern Project Finance: A Casebook, from reading book reviews it turns out that the book just presents the business case, then a number of options to solve the problem without actually giving the right answer. It is more for discussion purposes in an MBA class. A book like this showing the pros and cons of each option as well as the recommended course of action would be a great way to fast track "getting deals under ones belt". The last book listed seems to do this but the price on amazon is over $2k

  1. Principles of Project Finance
  2. Introduction to Project Finance (Essential Capital Markets)
  3. Project Finance in Theory and Practice, Second Edition

  6. Project Finance for the International Petroleum Industry Import
  7. Corporate and Project Finance Modeling
  8. International Project Finance in a Nutshell 2nd Edition
