Boston Real Estate Investment Companies

I am beginning to look into some RE investment companies in the Boston area and am curious to learn more about acquisitions analyst salaries as well as the required background/experience required to land an acquisitions analyst job. From what I have been able to dig up online so far it seems like salaries vary greatly from firm to firm but I wanted to see if anyone had any input.

Here are some of the companies I am looking at: Beacon Capital Partners, Rockpoint Group, AEW Capital, Berkshire Property Advisors, Boston Properties, CBRE Global Investors, TA Associates Realty, Long Wharf RE Partners, Alcion Ventures, Wheelock Street Capital...

Any information anyone has would be great.

the REFA list of sponsors have some relevant players in the industry. Some of them are brokerage firms/banks but this is still a good list to start looking into.

Interviewed with a firm similar to those on the list in Boston for an associate position. Salary 90-110K Bonus 70-100K

Thanks a lot for the info. From what you know, was that particular firm recruiting candidates that had a background in banking or candidates with more direct real estate experience?
