Breaking into Industrial
So I was recently laid off from a boutique development shop - we primarily focused on residential (multifamily and condo). I did a couple of industrial deals but that wasn’t my primary focus. I have 6 years of commercial acquisitions experience and 2 years of development experience. I have an interview with one of the preeminent institutional industrial builders next week so I wanted to see if anyone has transitioned before, if anyone had some advice outside of just doing my own research on the sector, or just some general advice. I am networking, which is how I got the interview but still don’t have a large industrial network to leverage. I plan on just asking for introductions to people with more connections etc.
thanks in advance
