Brokerage to REPE Recruiting

I work at a top real estate brokerage shop in investment sales. I have had a couple of headhunters reach out to me. Basically, I am wondering if I should be recruiting with them right now for a REPE job, or if I can complete a year or two of my program and then still get a solid job on the acquisitions side of the business. Another hesitation I have is that my office is very sensitive to recruiting for other positions, so if it got out I would get fired. How discreet are these headhunters? I have had groups like BellCast and SP partners reach out to me.
