Housing team in NYC. Any info on teams in NYC is appreciated though.
Great group. I’ve interviewed here before and turned down an offer. It’s like pseudo portfolio management and asset management. From what I understand, hours aren’t too bad
What was quoted comp? And if you don’t mind me asking, how many YOE did you have at time of interview?
3.5 YOE, around 230k
Thanks for sharing. How was the interview process/modeling tests, and why'd you ultimately turn the offer down?
Process was good, wasn’t highly technical. Know your deals inside out. Quick process. Screen w/ VP, in-person modeling test for I believe 2 hours (core multi family acquisition), then superday.
Didn’t really want to do strictly multi AM, and thought I could get better compensation elsewhere. If I was going to join, it would’ve basically just been for brand name.
