a lot of the brokerages release market reports pretty often. just go to websites and find them
know what you mean that's a good suggestion, but kind of looking for an individual's perspective over the years with more candid commentary - I don't have anyone in mind but just hoping someone might know of something like this
Sam Zell is known for giving colorful commentary. He’s always a fun read.

If you have a ULI membership, then you could probably start there. The problem with CRE is that it is localized and product-specific. Is there a specific product type that you are inquiring about? Region?
I'd be interested in multifamily and industrial personally - I'm in the midwest but region wouldn't really matter that much
I attended a Crow Holdings talk last year (ULI event). I wish I still had their overview to upload for you but unfortunately, I no longer have it.
Maybe look for materials from Crow, Prologis, Harwood, Hillwood, etc. Sorry I'm not too helpful here.
