Business plan outlining land assemblage opportunity for townhomes/multifamily development.
If you were to put together a business plan in order to raise debt and equity capital for a land assemblage opportunity with the end goal of developing town homes or a multifamily development how would you go about preparing such a presentation. I've done plenty of market research reports on multifamily land development sites at the REIT I work for, but I've never been exposed to the process of being a private company trying to raise debt and equity for a development. How should the presentation be mapped out. Start with executive summary, than your comps, etc. If anybody has a presentation of some sorts along these lines I'd love to discuss it with you and take a look at it.
